Join our team as an IT Support Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly and helping team members stay connected and productive every day.
This is an in-office position with Primrose Retirement Communities, based at our Home Office in Aberdeen, SD.
More about the position responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/WAN).
Respond to and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and Apple devices.
Create user guides and deliver training to enhance computer proficiency across the organization.
Monitor system performance, run diagnostics, and implement solutions to recurring technical problems.
Support IT operations by assisting with escalations, maintaining assigned systems, and setting up conference technology.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Adaptable and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-changing environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of technical ability.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on training and accountability.
Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Active Directory management, PC troubleshooting, and Apple device support.
Working knowledge of networks and commitment to following standard operating procedures.
