IT Support Specialist na Primrose Retirement Communities

Join our team as an IT Support Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly and helping team members stay connected and productive every day.

This is an in-office position with Primrose Retirement Communities, based at our Home Office in Aberdeen, SD.

More about the position responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/WAN).

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and Apple devices.

• Create user guides and deliver training to enhance computer proficiency across the organization.

• Monitor system performance, run diagnostics, and implement solutions to recurring technical problems.

• Support IT operations by assisting with escalations, maintaining assigned systems, and setting up conference technology.

The Successful Candidate will have: 

• Adaptable and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-changing environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of technical ability.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on training and accountability.

• Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in Active Directory management, PC troubleshooting, and Apple device support.

• Working knowledge of networks and commitment to following standard operating procedures.
