What you will be doing

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our Digital Workplace team in a permanent role. For the first 6 months, approximately 30% of the role’s capacity will be dedicated to maternity cover for SharePoint Online Administrator duties. After this period, the role will transition to be fully focused on AI and Power Platform development

Key drivers -

1. SharePoint Online Administrator (30% Capacity for First 6 Months)

• Amend and update SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
• Perform administrative tasks related to SharePoint Online.
• Utilize PowerShell scripts to manage SharePoint Online (e.g., restore deleted files).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as file restoration and permission amendments.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online administration.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online tasks.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve SharePoint Online issues effectively.

2. AI Developer – Digital Workplace Team (Full-Time Focus After 6 Months)

• Develop custom AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Writer AI, Power Platform and other environments.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the advancement of digital workplace initiatives through AI innovation.

Required Skills

• Power Platform development including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with AI agent development on Microsoft Copilot or other platforms.
• Clear understanding of AI development best practices including:
• Prompt engineering
• Model evaluation
• Ethical AI principles
• Ability to integrate AI solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data handling, API integration, and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with version control systems and agile development methodologies.
