Key Responsibilities
As an PMO Lead, you will be responsible for:
Delivery of PMO Projects
Project Planning
Reporting on Project Progress
Stakeholder management
Milestone management
Dependency management
Project plan management
Working alongside the Project Managers to ensure continuous governance
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong Excel and analytical skills, with good attention to detail
Good communication skills as this is a client-facing role
Delivered reports on project status to the project team
Planning/PMO/Coordination
Strong stakeholder management skills
A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit but not essential
