We're looking for an organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role will play a critical part in executing marketing initiatives, coordinating events and campaigns, and helping amplify our brand across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Support
- Assist with daily social media posting and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Support content creation including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website copy.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to develop content ideas and gather information.
Event & Conference Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and industry events including registration, booth materials, swag, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with pre-event promotional activities and post-event follow-up.
- Manage event timelines, vendor communications, and on-site setup support.
- Track event ROI and maintain records of attendee interactions.
Campaign & Lead Generation Support
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
- Support paid media efforts on LinkedIn and Google, including ad creative coordination and performance tracking.
- Help maintain CRM data accuracy and support lead nurturing workflows.
- Coordinate with sales team on lead handoff and campaign feedback.
Media Relations & Outreach
- Support traditional and trade media outreach efforts including press release distribution and media list maintenance.
- Assist with the coordination of media inquiries and interview requests.
- Help track media coverage and maintain press clip archives.
- Research relevant media opportunities and industry publications.
General Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral with designers and vendors.
- Track marketing project deadlines and help keep initiatives on schedule.
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis as needed.

Travel Required: 10-15% (primarily for conference and event support)
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or related role.
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in or familiarity with social media management and content creation.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with public interaction and professional communication in various settings.
- Interest in learning CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies.
- Willingness to learn about paid media campaigns and digital marketing tactics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Genuine interest in aviation, technology, or emerging innovative industries is a big bonus.
