On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. Unit Description:

Delaware North provides food and beverage at Tampa International Airport. The airport, which serves more than 21 million passengers each year, has an array of dining options for travelers, including local favorites such as RumFish Grill, as well as popular national brands such as Chick-fil-A. Delaware North has operated here since 2016.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the hiring process while effectively training, managing, and leading team members. Provide performance feedback and corrective action when required, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered with a positive team member and guest experience
• Prepare cost and operational reporting, and verify the reporting of cash handling, sales, and payroll accounting
• Maintain the implementation of appropriate sanitation standards and procedures
• Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas are always running successfully

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a food and beverage manager or restaurant manager required
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation
• No college degree required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
