SENIOR SBA TRADING DESK ANALYST na First Horizon Bank

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented person to join our institutional fixed income trading desk analyst team in our Memphis, TN office.    

Job duties consist of interacting with trading desk and salesforce to increase awareness of the various products/solutions that FHN Financial can offer our institutional client base. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.  Candidates with a degree in a non-business major or equivalent experience who have a strong skill set suited for this position will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High level of SBA-related product knowledge
• Required FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain them within a given timetable.

• Strong base of knowledge of the various SBA/GGL programs/products
• Strong problem-solving, communication/interpersonal skillset
• Ability to quickly digest and analyze data including experience in statistical computations
• Ability to operate proficiently in a fast-paced/high-stress, team-oriented environment
• High degree of resourcefulness and ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
• Knowledge of database management and/or A.I./machine-learning a huge plus
