Leasing Specialist – Lancaster, PA
Starting at $20/hour (based on experience) + Commission & Bonus Opportunities
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team in Lancaster, PA! If you’re passionate about sales, customer service, and helping people find their perfect home, this is the role for you.
As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating welcoming communities for our residents, assisting with leasing activities, planning engaging resident events, and thinking creatively to address challenges. This position covers a portfolio of properties in Lancaster and offers variety, growth, and daily interaction with people.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents, managing all phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
Guide applicants through the leasing and application process, ensuring accurate documentation.
Maintain and update marketing materials and vacancy reports daily.
Coordinate unit readiness and move-ins according to established checklists.
Promote resident satisfaction and retention through regular communication and community events.
Support Property Managers with administrative tasks, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, insurance certificates, invoices, and vendor records.
Assist with marketing initiatives and participate in outreach events to attract new residents.
Provide general operational support including phone coverage and scheduling.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs dictate.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
