Job Summary:

Nelson-Jameson is seeking motivated students and recent graduates for a comprehensive, paid internship that integrates directly with your educational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Work side-by-side with department staff (potentially in areas like supply chain, marketing, finance, or operations) on productive, real-world tasks.
- Learn by doing. You'll execute projects, receive actionable feedback, and develop valuable professional competencies.
- Complete the specific tasks and learning outcomes required by your college curriculum or program.
- Conclude your experience by designing and presenting a comprehensive, summative report of your work and insights to the Nelson-Jameson leadership team.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Current enrollment in postsecondary educational programming or recently graduated.

If performing duties within the warehouse setting, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, and smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 56#, occasionally lift and/or move more than 75#, and infrequently push/pull greater than 115#. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

If performing duties within an office setting, an office environment is typical in this position. The noise level is generally quiet.
If performing duties within a warehouse setting, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving equipment, dust particles, ladders, hazardous chemicals and slight risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The working surface is concrete.
Work Week:
- Hours: Up to 30 hours/week
- Days: Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
