What this role looks like: 


To maintain the facilities such that they are clean and professional appearing to members.

What you'll do: 

 

  • Perform general cleaning duties at all offices to ensure the company image is protected. Sweep, mop, and polish floors. Vacuum and spot clean carpets.
  • Clean fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, rest rooms, etc.  Stock supplies in rest rooms as needed.
  • Make minor maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, painting, wall covering, etc.
  • Notify management regarding needed repairs; order supplies as needed.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.


Education & Experience: 


  • One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED. 


Physical Requirements


  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time, speak, and listen; use hands to type, touch and grasp objects; and to reach with hands and arms. 
  • Will occasionally need to stoop, kneel, squat, bend or crouch.  
  • Visual ability to view a computer screen for short periods of time is required.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
