🛠️ Opportunity Snapshot: Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager – Stainless Steel, you’ll play a key role in growing our stainless steel solutions business by identifying new opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and partnering closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class products. You’ll work directly with major national and global brands, helping them transform their environments with custom stainless steel solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and design.

💡 What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the stainless steel category.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
Partner with design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Represent EIS at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our capabilities and brand.
✅ What You Need to Succeed
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, architectural products, or commercial interiors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, client-focused solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel (approximately 30–40%).
