Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. The Medical Laboratory Technologist (PRN) position is located in the Pathology Department. Shift will be determined by the Department Manager.A baccalaureate degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science( OR)
A baccalaureate degree with sixteen semester hours in the biological sciences which includes three semester hours in microbiology, sixteen semester hours in chemistry which includes three semester hours in organic or biochemistry, three semester hours in mathematics; and one year of clinical training in a clinical laboratory.
Any college hours or degree must be from an accredited college or university.
Necessary Special Requirements:
Possession of a current Clinical Laboratory Scientist--Generalist or Specialist license issued by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners as required by law based upon the duties of the position.
