JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Manage the availability of spare parts and create spare mapping to ensure smooth maintenance operations and timely repairs.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for regular maintenance activities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and implement kaizens in safety, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and ergonomics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain necessary services, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with company standards and specifications to keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 

Experience: 
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILLS: -

  • Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance: Proficient in handling maintenance tasks related to both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring smooth operation and preventing downtime.
  • PLC and HMI Programming and Troubleshooting: Skilled in programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to optimize processes and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Siemens drive Troubleshooting: Experienced in troubleshooting Siemens Drives, ensuring proper control and operation of drive systems.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Drawings: Competent in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, enabling effective maintenance and repair work.
  • AVL Engine Test Bed (PUMA): Knowledgeable about the operation and maintenance of the AVL Engine Test Bed.
