We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship within our Personal & Corporate Banking, Products Channels & Marketing business in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

contribute to Conversation Analytics such as topic identification, sentiment analysis, and summarization of client conversations

help extend Conversation Analytics to further client channels such as feedback forms or contact notes for advisory and contact center use cases

participate in fine-tuning models using OpenAI Whisper and UBS-specific datasets to improve transcription quality and relevance
