Temporary Ingredient Purchasing Coordinator na Americas Test Kitchen

America's Test Kitchen is seeking a temporary (up to 5 months) Ingredient Purchasing Coordinator to join our Operations and Procurement team.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Process and place daily shopping orders via approved vendors
• Responsible for updating, organizing, and sorting the shopping list
• Research, track, and update product pricing and sourcing
• Assist with daily ingredient receiving and check-in
• Assist Culinary Production team with TV-related research and procurement
• Assist the Kitchen Operations team with inventory and other daily responsibilities

• Candidates must be analytical, accurate, flexible, efficient, and punctual, with an immaculate attention to detail.
• Candidates must have the ability to follow directions, work independently and within a team, and maintain a creative mindset.
• Candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills

This position is located in our Boston, MA office in the Seaport district. It is expected that the person in this role will work a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week in the office and 1 day per week remotely. The core hours for this role are 11-5, but can be flexible up to 8 hours a day.
