The Position: Lead Environmental Services Supervisor
Employment Status: Full-time
Hours per two-week pay-period: 80
Essential Job Functions:

Provide leadership and operational support by coordinating daily EVS activities, guiding and training EVS and Laundry Technicians, assisting shift supervisors, and promoting a positive, customer-focused team culture.

Ensure regulatory and quality standards by conducting inspections, monitoring adherence to infection prevention practices and hospital policies, and collaborating with other departments to address cleaning and service needs promptly.

Support performance and accountability by documenting and reporting staff attendance, performance concerns, and operational issues to the EVS Director while reinforcing safety, quality, and service expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Position Summary:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a Lead Environmental Services Supervisor to join our I CARE team. This hands-on leadership role supports the EVS Director in coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies. The Lead Supervisor serves as a working leader. Providing guidance to staff while actively contributing to departmental tasks.
