In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;Partner Management experience within telco or IT, including a consistent track record of actively listening to Partners and gathering feedback to gain insights into their preferences, pain points, and expectations and execute plans to drive growth. Consistent record of recognising and driving initiatives focused on continually improving Indirect Partner Channel performance, including removing obstacles and inefficiencies, enhancing the services provided to our partners, and challenging the status quo. A strong understanding and proven track record of commercial principles encompassing key business concepts such as profit margins, pricing strategies, market dynamics, and the cost-benefit analysis of business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven expertise in analysing raw data, uncovering key insights, identifying patterns, and simplifying complex information into a clear, compelling narrative for customers. Demonstrated experience in a dynamic trading environment, with responsibility for near and long-term budgeting and forecasting, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating risks. Excellent influencing skills, with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
