Team mission
Our mission is to build and scale a best-in-class Connectivity platform that cements GetYourGuide as the world’s most reliable, flexible, and high-performing marketplace for travel experiences. We empower suppliers to efficiently manage availability and pricing across multiple channels, ensure travelers enjoy seamless and accurate booking experiences, and maintain a thriving, innovative Connectivity ecosystem through strong partnerships and smart integrations.
We are looking for a strategic leader to drive revenue, profitability, and growth by defining and implementing GetYourGuide’s connectivity strategy. This is a full-time role, based at our headquarters in Berlin - you will need to be based in Berlin currently or happy to relocate, we would offer relocation support. You report to our Head of Business Operations & Strategy (Optimization), and your responsibilities are as follows:
Your mission
- Shape Connectivity Strategy: Define and execute a strategy that accelerates revenue and profit growth through connectivity partners and optimizes the supplier experience.
- Drive Product & Tech Roadmap: Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize features and integrations that deliver maximum value to suppliers and travelers.
- Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Attract, develop, and coach top-tier talent; set clear roles, responsibilities, and growth paths for your team.
- Steer Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead complex projects and align stakeholders across the business; set joint OKRs and develop incentive programs for connectivity partners.
- Own Partner Relationships: Represent GetYourGuide at industry events, manage key partner relationships, lead quarterly business reviews, and resolve escalations with diplomacy and impact.
Your toolkit
- You have at least seven years of work experience, including people management, at large tech company (> €1 billion revenue)
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Connectivity / integrations (ops and tech), API and Saas knowledge are a requirement
- You have managed partnerships in the past, either as a primary role (e.g. account manager / sales) or as part of a previous role
