Delivery Manager - Content Team | London | £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata | part-time (0.5 - 0.6 FTE), Permanent

The role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive problem-solver who can support our content team to deliver exceptional value at pace across a range of products and formats. As the delivery manager, you will:
- Work with our team of editorial leads, content writers and producers, sub-editors and instructional designers to ensure our resources are delivered on time and in full
- Support with strategic resource planning and allocation
- Oversee our publication and production pipelines and processes, troubleshooting delays where necessary, and making recommendations for process improvements
- Support with budget tracking and reporting
- Act as a point of contact for the wider business regarding enquiries about team resource
You would support projects including:
- Core editorial delivery for our libraries of digital school leadership and governance advice and resources
- E-learning development and delivery
- Content production for live, remote training events/workshops
This is a part-time role. We’re looking for someone who can work for at least a few hours every day, but we are open to discussing exact working patterns.
Requirements
The ideal person
You will have:
- Excellent project management skills, evidenced by at least 2 years in a project or delivery management role
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to have difficult conversations about deadlines and resourcing in a tactful and sensitive manner
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a decisive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- A track record of working collaboratively with team leads to ensure the work of the team aligns with strategic priorities
It would be nice if you:
- Have an interest in the education sector
- Have experience working with digital publishing or content teams
- Are familiar with some of the tools we use day-to-day, including:
- Asana
- Google workspace suite
- Slack
- Content management systems (CMSs)
