AMHC is currently hiring a part-time (24 hours/week) Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and inclusion in their communities at St. John Valley Associates in Madawaska.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on support with daily activities, personal care, and life skills
   
• Assist with community involvement, recreation, and employment opportunities
   
• Support individuals in achieving their person-centered goals
   
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
   
• Act as a mentor, advocate, and role model in everyday situations
   
• Drive individuals to activities or appointments using an agency vehicle
