About the Role
As an Orthopedic Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Movora within your territory — building relationships with veterinary professionals, growing sales, and connecting customers with products that make a real impact.
You’ll thrive here if you love consultative selling, being on the road, and creating genuine connections that help others succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory by developing strong relationships with veterinary surgeons, clinic owners, and staff
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions, both in-clinic and at conferences
- Provide in-surgery support and technical guidance on product usage when needed
- Develop strategic account plans and monitor performance against sales goals
- Represent Movora at industry trade shows, veterinary events, and training workshops
- Stay current on product knowledge, surgical techniques, and market trends
- Work closely with internal teams (customer service, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Report on market conditions, competitor activity, and customer feedback

What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in outside sales (medical, veterinary, or device industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel frequently (Up to 75%)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Comfortable attending labs and surgeries
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + commission
- Participation in the MOTUS Automotive Program
- Cell phone and internet allowance
