Pay & Schedule: $20 – $25/hour | Part-Time | Some weekends required

About the Role:

Join Baths By Schnorr / Schnorr Plumbing and Heating as an Office Assistant and play a key role in supporting our daily operations. You’ll handle essential administrative duties, manage scheduling and communication, and keep our projects running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, and enjoys helping both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general office and clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Manage client communications, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.
• Support field teams with updates and coordination on project timelines.
• Maintain company calendars and assist in planning daily activities.
• Provide administrative support for leadership and operations teams.
• Travel locally when needed (mileage reimbursed).
• Occasionally assist with weekend projects or office coverage.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven office or clerical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and personally owned, reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel (mileage reimbursed).
• Some weekend availability required.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in lead setting or appointment scheduling.
• Background in call dispatching or customer coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience maintaining multiple calendars and managing priorities.
