Come join us on our journey to serve our customers and be the leader in our industry! We are currently looking for a FVP, Loan Administration to join our team!
The FVP Loan Administration will have day-to-day accountability for Loan Administration functions, including Escrow, Payments, and Special Loans across our Mortgage portfolio. Responsible for formulating business strategies with executive management. This role will guide and assist the management team to develop operating plans, procedures, and capacity to ensure proper servicing of accounts with a focus on anticipated business growth. The role will oversee projects and lead/develop a team to streamline processes to achieve the productivity, efficiency, and quality of a world-class operation.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; High school diploma/GED required
- 5 or more years’ experience in mortgage servicing
- 10 or more years’ experience in a mortgage loan servicing management or leadership role
- 7-10 years in a key management position with significant responsibility in a complex environment
- Experienced user of Black Knight MSP system
- Excellent team player and able to work independently or with a team to accomplish goals and objectives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and drive results
- Strong Leadership and People Management Skills
- Ability to thrive in high high-pressure, ambiguous, and short turnaround time environment
- Ability to travel
- Current knowledge and understanding of GSE/FHA/VA/USDA/CFPB compliance regulations

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $120,000.00-$160,000.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
