POSITION SUMMARY:
Accurately label, load, and verify all products entering or leaving NPAA’s Supply/Logistics to ensure they match the appropriate documentation. Confirm that all products received, shipped, and inventoried are accurate, properly organized, and readily identifiable.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping/receiving/freight documents.
Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Verify and inspect the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents.
Organize the distribution and shipping of merchandise.
Identify, hold, and segregate defective material following the RGA process.
Conduct part checks and direct operators to move materials to the proper staging area.
Assist in evaluating inventory discrepancies with the Inventory Coordinator.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong SAP skills.
DOT and IATA certified.
Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
SALARY RANGE:
$17.00 to $25.75 hourly; $35,360.00 to $53,560.00 annually. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skillset.
