Job Summary/Description:
Gray Media, owner of broadcast television stations in 113 local markets and a growing portfolio of broadcast sports networks covering more than 20% of the United States, seeks a motivated, passionate, and organized sports leader to drive sales growth and operational decision-making for the future.
In this dynamic role, you will leverage your knowledge of the sports industry and advertising strategies. and operational skills to develop innovative solutions that help our clients effectively reach and engage their target markets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, teams, and internal stakeholders. You will interact with a wide variety of internal and external partners, including teams, conferences, leagues, television executives, and operational teams, in building effective sales solutions revolving around broadcast sports. This is an opportunity to help shape our growing sports business in a startup culture.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience in sports media, sports marketing, sports advertising, and strategic sports leadership, demonstrating a strong track record of driving growth and innovation in the sports and media industry.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives tailored to sports media, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sports media landscape, digital advertising, and sports technology, with insights into audience engagement and content distribution.
- Experience in translating complex sports content, products, and data into cohesive campaigns that drive fan engagement and revenue growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sports and media environment, effectively managing multiple priorities with agility and strategic focus.
