Now Hiring: Family Support Mentor / Parent Coach
Dover & Rochester, NH | Full-Time | Flexible afternoons, evenings & some weekends

At Waypoint, you’ll be part of a caring, mission-driven team that helps parents navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. As a Family Support Mentor (Parent Coach), you’ll walk alongside families — offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools that help create safer, stronger, and more stable futures for their children.

What You’ll Do

• Build trusting relationships with parents and caregivers in their homes and communities

• Provide hands-on coaching around child development, positive parenting, and problem-solving

• Support families facing barriers such as trauma, mental health challenges, or substance use

• Collaborate with community partners and your Waypoint team to connect families to resources that promote long-term success

What We’re Looking For

• Age 22+ with related experience — degree in human services or 4+ years in social services, family support, or related work

• Flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends, plus a reliable car & clean driving record

• Comfortable with technology for documentation and communication

• Strong interpersonal skills — empathetic, nonjudgmental, and grounded in healthy boundaries

• A genuine passion for helping families heal, grow, and thrive
