REPORTS TO:
Facilities Manager
ROLE SUMMARY:
Maintenance worker
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Inspect Building systems and equipment regularly to identify potential issues
- Troubleshoot any issues
- Repair faulty equipment
- Drywall repair
- Door repair and assembly
- Carpet and flooring installation
- Clean equipment
- Lighting repair and replacement
- Assemble office equipment, chairs, desks, cabinets
- Follow safety rules
- All other duties as assigned
Role is in-person, M-F. NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
