- Support team in meeting and exceeding individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
- Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, and display strategic thinking.

- Timely process all incoming shipments, transfers, RTV’s and repairs.
- Verify that delivery quantities received match packing slips and ensure discrepancies are reported on a daily/weekly basis.
- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency. Replenish the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor daily.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Manage all aspects of the repair process.
- Exercise strong written and verbal skills.
- Adapt communication skills upwards, laterally and to the team.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct when completing job duties.
- Promote the organization’s business goals and adapt flexibly to change.
- Ability to remain calm and deescalate situations.
- Collaborate effectively with team.
- Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives.
- Prepare for and participate in floor moves and promotion changes.
- Ensure a consistent superior client experience.
Qualifications
- Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
- Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
- The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
- Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
- Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
- Have strong time management skills.
