SHIFT DETAILS:
Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm


POSITION SUMMARY: The is primarily responsible for the following:

Supports, installs, rebuilds, and maintains all production equipment such as Lathes, Mills, Tumblers, Ultrasonic Cleaner and other equipment throughout the building. Performs routine preventative maintenance per a set schedule as well as responds to unscheduled repairs in a safe and timely manner. Provides facility maintenance.

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment, such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, power supplies, exhaust fans, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, replaces, or repairs parts. 
  • Test and make adjustments on production equipment.   
  • Diagnose and repair any malfunctions or breakdowns.
  • Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Assist in maintaining facility lighting, including bulb and ballast replacement, with scissor lift.

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in movement of raw materials and equipment with forklift.
  • Perform minor repairs to facility, plumbing, HVAC controls.
  • Quality and quantity of own work.
  • Good housekeeping and safe working habits.
  • Any required and assigned by supervisor or company management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • EDUCATION: High School diploma, general education degree (GED) and/or trade school graduate preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience in repairing industrial machinery and equipment
  • Must be able to obtain a Valid forklift operator license issued by EPTAM.
  • LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND/ REGISTRATIONS: Valid forklift operator license issued by EPTAM
