The SAP Concur Digital Experience & Engagement team is seeking a versatile digital marketing specialist to contribute to the strategy and execution of our comprehensive digital ecosystem. In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to drive traffic, engagement, and leads, ultimately supporting our prospects’ journey to conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and creative environment.
This role will be based in our Bellevue, WA office. This position may require flexibility to attend meetings and calls outside of regular business hours, as we collaborate with stakeholders globally.
Responsibilities
- Review, schedule, and upload content across multiple digital channels, such as our blogging platform, email marketing tool, and global websites.
- Create and implement global scalable processes to publish content, manage translations, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Support digital programs with content curation, tracking, and performance analysis across global markets.
- Manage reporting and provide insights for both internal (corporate team) and external (field teams) visibility.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to SEO and SEM strategies to enhance our online presence and search engine rankings.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools and make proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
- Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms such as Sprinklr, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Opal, Dynamic Signal, Adobe, Salesforce, Marketo, Drupal, WordPress, or other web CMS.
- Strong passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
- Experience in a global environment with remote teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to see the “big picture” while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Italian) is a plus.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 69800 - 118800(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
