At Aurora, we believe hiring is one of the most important decisions a company makes - and we’re building a Talent Acquisition team that treats it as such. We are looking for a technical, full-cycle recruiter, who is not afraid to hit ground running and be a strategic partner with hiring partners. 

In this role you will:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define needs, align on goals, and drive the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and closing candidates
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to hit our ambitious headcount goals
  • Use market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process and develop a strategy to influence the candidates’ decision to join 
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of quality candidates by driving innovative initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner
  • Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions and influence and advice stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, machine learning, hardware, data, product/TPM, InfoSec) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with modern AI sourcing tools ( Covey, FindEm, JuiceBox, SeekOut, Etc)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and partner with multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage change, ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-growth environment 
  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategy and market analysis for highly technical roles
  • Proven success recruiting across locations (San Francisco Mountain View/Seattle/Pittsburgh)

The base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $135,000. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
