We are looking for a talented and energetic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. A strong knowledge of drink recipes and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations
Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, tools, and supplies
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and manage tabs
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Manage opening and closing duties for the bar
Qualifications:
Proven bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications (e.g., TIPS or equivalent)
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
