Our dishwasher will provide clean china, glass and flatware to restaurant and banquet staff in a timely, efficient manner; assist kitchen with food preparation responsibilities; assist in cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen. Responsible to keep kitchen in compliance with Marriott ASI and other cleanliness standards.

SCHEDULE:

Associates will be required to work days and/or nights, both weekdays and weekends.  Holidays are required. Some overtime as needed or required.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Sort and wash all china, glass and flatware using proper cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Polish chinaware, glassware and flatware for restaurant and banquet staff in a timely, efficient manner. 
• Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen.
• Assist kitchen with food preparation responsibilities
• Stocking of incoming supplies and perishable items, using proper handling.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station, employee cafeteria and service areas.
• Empty trash bins and scrub and disinfect trash bins as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• 6 months relevant experience.

This position will require a criminal background check
