Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving transformation and long-term value? We’re looking for a proactive Strategy Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
As a Strategy Consultant, you’ll partner with Directors and senior leaders to develop strategies, align stakeholders, and drive strategic planning across the business. You’ll lead on designing target operating models, business capability planning, and support the evolution of our strategic frameworks—translating high-level challenges into actionable initiatives that deliver real impact.
This is a varied and influential role that blends consultancy, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to Directors and senior leaders, supporting the definition and standardisation of strategies across the enterprise
Lead and facilitate strategic planning, operating model design, and business capability improvements
Diagnose business challenges and develop collaborative plans to address them
Coach and train business leaders in best practice analysis, root cause identification, and long-term strategic thinking
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and Executive Committee
Support delivery planning, ensuring risks and dependencies are managed for successful implementation
Develop financial business cases and influence prioritisation of critical work
Drive continuous improvement in Health & Safety and champion a zero-accident culture
What does it take to be a Strategy Consultant?
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business-related discipline
Management consultancy experience, including leading strategy projects at a senior level
Strong experience in developing strategies, strategic planning, and transformation
Familiarity with operating model design and business architecture
CMI Level 7 – Strategic Management and Leadership certification (desirable)
Experienced in building trust and empowering high performance
Skills & Knowledge:
High analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management
Commercially astute and highly articulate communicator
Ability to navigate complexity and deliver outcomes
Skilled at building trust and credibility with senior leaders
