Caregiver Needed: Support for a Senior Client Kingsport, TN na Herewith Inc.

Location: Kingsport, TN (and surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (may increase)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to support a client living with cerebral palsy. This individual requires full assistance with daily activities to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity at home.

Client Care Needs:

• Full mobility assistance (client uses a wheelchair)
• Hand-over-hand support for feeding and daily activities (client cannot use hands independently)
• Safe transfers using gait belt or Hoyer lift
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and all personal care
• Meal preparation and feeding support
• Companionship and clear communication (client uses a communication board)
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, organized environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience caring for complex or total-care clients
• Physically capable of performing hands-on care and safe transfers
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Must have reliable transportation

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Professional or personal caregiving experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and mobility support
