Crossroads Animal Hospital is excited to add you as an Associate Veterinarian! Our team located in Oxford, Mississippi prides themselves on their collaborative culture that integrates a variety of medical and surgical cases (mass removals, ACL repairs, gastropexy, amputations, oral surgery, and more!), while supporting you in your professional aspirations.

This position would be a great opportunity for all experience levels.  
  • AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor practice
  • State of the art equipment including cold/therapy laser!
  • We block off our schedule for 3 hours midday for lunch and surgeries
  • We have shortened Saturday hours (8am–noon), so our team can enjoy their weekends
  • Our DVM team selects the days per week they'd like to work. Ranging from 2 - 4.5 days per week, the schedules are adapted to their preferences and lifestyle!



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
  • Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership 
  • Grow relationships within the practice and the Oxford community 
  • Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program 
  • Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
