The Localization Solutions Architect will own client-facing solution design and implementations, and act as the clients’ main point of contact during onboarding and implementation phases. The Solutions Architect will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on Enterprise translation workflows, localization automation, and solution support. This candidate will own and increase client adoption of Propio localization solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with client’s team to gather and analyze requirements and understand current and future plans
- Create project plans containing the solution and implementation details, timelines, budget, and risk analysis
- Work closely with sales, clients, product management, and the AI & Data organization to ensure solutions are aligned with market needs and client feedback.
- Team up with products and development teams on designing and developing new products that meet clients and market needs.
- Lead solution design for complex or enterprise-grade implementations, ensuring client onboarding is smooth, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Prepare and conduct client and internal training to ensure adoption and client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and align on solution success criteria, and ROI.
- Create and update solutions’ documentation used by sales, clients, and support team.
- Drive the successful implementation of translation solutions, including project configuration, systems integration, and performance validation.
- Support the sales team as a solutions expert and sales engineer, participating in discovery, demos, RFPs, and technical validation.
- Collaborate closely with operations, account management, and support to align on joint workflows and ensure long-term client success.
- Meet established KPIs and success metrics for solution design, implementation, adoption, and client satisfaction.
- Complete all other tasks relevant for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably technology related
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Project management and solution design experience
- Effective time management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player
- Good understanding of Content Management, Content Management Systems, and Data Management
- Good knowledge of Language Technology including CAT Tools, Translation Environments, Translation Portals, Localization Tools,
- Machine Translation, Post-Editing and Terminology and Translation Memory Tools
- Foreign language is a plus
