Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide critical support to the Enterprise Sales Operations team, with a primary focus on Salesforce management, process optimization, and procedural compliance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
This position will support our Sales Operations team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
• Philadelphia, PA
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support:
• Assist in documenting, implementing, and maintaining standardized sales processes and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to established processes and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Customer Success) to align processes and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and enhancements, including preparing training materials and supporting user adoption initiatives.
Salesforce Management Support:
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data, ensuring completeness, consistency, and integrity across all records.
• Support in the utilization of Salesforce to enhance productivity and compliance within the growth team.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce system support, including user account maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and researching data integrity concerns.
• Review pipeline and report data for accuracy, proactively flagging issues and working with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies.
• Recommend improvements to Salesforce configuration and functionality to enhance user experience and sales productivity to Sales Operations Leadership Team. Operational Support
• Manage and route incoming requests from the sales team to the appropriate resources.
• Coordinate special projects and ad-hoc requests as directed by the Sales Operations Leadership team.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving Sales Operations and other departments.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• Experience in supporting teams, project management, sales operations or similar is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a team player.
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
