Fulfilment Supervisor
Tommy’s is looking for a Fulfilment Supervisor to provide direction, instruction, coaching, and guidance to a team of employees. Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the primary objectives are overseeing the day-to-day activities, maintaining, and improving standardized work and processes in our Equipment Fulfillment Department, ensuring that all good are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manages the picking, quality control, and loading of outgoing equipment/ part orders. Ensures we are being as efficient and accurate as possible.
- Delegates tasks to the team to execute the fulfillment schedule.
- Develop team members into exceptional executers of their role
- Create and manage project workplans and execute with team to improve warehouse
- Provide necessary technical training opportunities
- Ensure accurate and timely task completion
- Track results and report out

Essential Functions
- Managing task delegation and scope of work to keep up with demand and meet deadlines
- Implementation of Best Practices in fulfillment including but not limited to Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Collaboration with other departments on customer requests, special needs, and satisfaction
- Ensures QC process is maintained and followed for both incoming and outgoing to attain 100% shipping accuracy.
- Drive employee productivity through instilling KPIs in the department culture
- Responsible for training materials, implementation of training materials, and signing off on each team member’s readiness based on the training program.
- Ensures execution of processes and guidelines to be followed by team members to ensure accuracy, quality, efficiency, packaging standards, and most importantly team member safety.
- Expected to utilize shipping best practices to maximize shipping efficiency while lowering costs.
- Responsible for shop cleanliness and organization, following OSHA guidelines, and general maintenance that needs to be done in your area and building.
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment and adequate training provided- forklift training, nail gun, stretch wrap machine, etc.
- Basic H.R. functions: Tracking attendance, approving hours, corrective action when necessary
- Communicating needs such as equipment, personnel, overtime, or anything else needed to make your team successful.

Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment. Standard Fulfillment operating hours are from 6:00am - 5:00pm however can fluctuate based on needs. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and warehouse equipment like hi-lo, pallet jacks, hand and power tools.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The team member will frequently sit and stand work in a fast-paced environment where they will often be multitasking. Lifting between 50 - 70 lbs. Must be able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information. Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions. Ability to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is full time. On average the Team Member will work 40 to 45 hours a week. Could possibly work on a weekend or respond to phone calls or emails in the evening.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day. Potential travel to franchise locations.
