Job Summary
Account Executives are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate housing and relocation clients. This role focuses on converting high-quality leads, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who excels in closing deals, building rapport with clients, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, relocation managers, and business travelers.
Conduct virtual meetings, calls, and email outreach to engage prospects and existing accounts.
Provide customized corporate housing solutions based on client needs and budget.
Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers and proactively reach out to warm leads.
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Develop strategies to expand market share in assigned territories or industries.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the BDM team to ensure seamless client handoffs and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities and client interactions.
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000-$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years in inside sales, business development, or account management. Corporate housing experience is required.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
Customer-Centric: Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
