Position Overview:

CUMULUS MEDIA |Houston, TX is offering a great opportunity as a (Part-Time) morning Show Board/Phone Operator.

-Screening listener phone calls

-Running the on-air console in a back-up capacity

-Editing podcasts for posting

-Downloading and editing audio for show

-Ability to contribute relevant show content

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

-Work 6:30a-11:30a Monday through Friday

-Run a broadcast console

-Basic editing skills (VoxPro and Reaper)

-Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

-Be an ambassador for show and station while communicating with listeners

 

Additional preferred skills:

-Be a good listener

-Social Media savvy

-Be up to date on trending topics

-Open to sharing life-experiences on-air if asked
