Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Required Experience:
5+ years related experience managing administrative matters for a legal or compliance office, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience in developing and maintaining databases for investigative casework.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years Experience working in a legal/compliance/investigatory setting for government or higher education.

Prioritize tasks and activities. Exercise independent judgment and proposes solutions when challenges arise. Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Communicate sensitive information verbally and in writing to individuals at all levels. Demonstrate ability to work collegially with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds. Detail oriented including dynamic organizational skills, and time-management skills. High level of professionalism in communicating with internal and external contacts at all levels. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple competing tasks and priorities. Proficiency in standard office software and work productivity technologies.
Additional Information:In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $90,000.00 to USD $110,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
