EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Prior banking experience of 3-5 years.
  • Prior Treasury Management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in banking customer support role or online banking is preferred.
  • Experience with online banking treasury management systems, ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, remote deposit capture, account analysis, investment sweeps and related bank services and applications preferred.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to analyze, prioritize and remain calm while working in a fast paced/deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and actively listen to clients’ needs to recommend suitable products.
  • Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide prompt and professional responses to internal and external customers.
    • Identify appropriate solutions then educate, influence and cross sell Treasury Management products to meet the business banking client’s needs and strengthen the financial relationship.
    • Provide on-site or remote training or implementation for Treasury Management clients when applicable.
    • Provide first line of service contact for clients to assist with account, product and service questions, and fraud concerns.
    • Work with the sales team to provide support by preparing agreements, managing service implementation, providing account analysis comparisons and any additional support required to facilitate the sales process.
    • Treasury Management account service and verification.
    • Effectively manage each client’s treasury management portfolio through client follow-up and annual account reviews.
    • Draft new treasury management agreements and review existing agreements on an annual basis.
    • Act on, track and report on; client pipeline, fees, annual reviews, waivers and limit increases.
    • Willingness to take advantage of industry-specific training opportunities to stay current on products and services within Treasury Management and our organization.
