RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service and Sales
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent customer service in an engaging and professional manner.
 - Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, sharing product knowledge, and recommending Tandy products.
 - Use active listening to understand customer needs, make helpful suggestions, and strive to close sales.
 - Inform customers when orders are ready for pickup or provide status updates, ensuring they receive their receipts and items.
 
Store Operations
- Accurately process purchases and returns using the POS system and internal computer systems.
 - Help with receiving and stocking merchandise and maintaining inventory accuracy.
 - Follow opening/closing procedures, prepare displays/signage, and ensure a clean, organized retail space.
 - Create or update customer profile records.
 - Alert management to potential security issues.
 - Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
 
Leathercrafting & Product Knowledge
Learn product attributes, differentiate between products/features, and demonstrate product functions and purposes to customers.
Show willingness to learn and teach classes to customers, enhancing their knowledge and skills.

 - Basic computer skills are required.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
