Coffee Shop assistant na Stubbers Adventure Centre

We  are seeking to  appoint a full time ( 44hrs )  experienced  and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant  for our popular onsite coffee shop and other outlets at our busy Adventure Centre in Upminster, Essex . We are looking for someone to keep our high standards in customer service, food presentation, staff organisation and hygiene, for our valued onsite customers. The successful candidate will need to show good knowledge of the sector,  ideally a lover of cakes and baking as our USP is homemade cake. Hours of work from 8.30am (8am Saturdays) to 5.30pm 5 days a week. You would be required to work every other weekend, and cover for day's when our coffee shop supervisor has days off. 

General working in the Coffee shop and kiosks onsite 
Using our front of house till system, payment system, and computer systems 
Overseeing and regular cleaning of equipment and area to maintain our 5 star hygiene rating.
Food preparation, cake baking and menu creating 
Good barista knowledge and coffee skills 
Good baking knowledge and skills  
Supervising when required 
Excellent customer service skills and a good communicator
Ensuring coffee shop is compliant with food hygiene law 
Having a good working relationship and developing team members
Working alongside our other F & B team members for events in the park

Level 2  food hygiene certificate (This can be done at induction ) 
GCSE Maths and English
Excellent level of spoken English and understanding. 
Hardworking and energetic 
Proactive member in the team
Punctual time keeper. 
Enthusiasm and energy 
Full allergy knowledge   
Coffee shop or business knowledge in the sector 
Computer literate
Excellent communicator 
Baking skills
