The role
Trainee Managers work alongside our Shop Managers, learning and carrying out every element of the manager role and managing the shop in the absence of the Manager. Trainee Managers provide leadership for a whole team of supervisors and sales assistants, as well as co-ordinating back-of-house tasks and setting an aspirational example of customer service on the shop floor. The skills and knowledge that you build up here are terrific for progressing through our business or for running your own in the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager tracking KPIs, balancing sales targets with operational objectives, setting budgets, driving sales, and controlling staffing and stock to meet customer and business needs.
- Prioritise efficiently, be adaptable to change and reactive to opportunities
- Genuinely enjoy interacting with people and be proud to showcase our innovation
- Have a meticulous eye for standards
- Enjoy seeing your colleagues achieve their goals and support this through engaged check-ins, training, upskilling, delegating and leading by example
- Communicate updates from the business to the rest of the management team and the store
- Assist in nurturing a strong team by empowering, providing constructive feedback, managing performance and upholding the store manager's leadership.
- Foster a team who are customer focused, professional and great ambassadors for the company
