Job Title: Systems Administrator

Work Location: Teaneck, NJ

Expected Work Type: Full Time (Hybrid Work: 3 Days in Office and 2 Days Remote every week)

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support our US and international operations (Asia and Europe) from the USA. This person will provide some network, Windows systems and desktop support. 

This position will report directory to the VP of IT at our corporate office located in Teaneck, New Jersey, USA.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Related field or 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Microsoft Certification Windows is also a plus.
• Desktop Hardware related certification is a plus, but not required
• Proximity to the Teaneck, New Jersey area is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus.

As a Systems Administrator, you will:

• 3-5 years of managing and supporting desktop configuration, servers, network, mobile devices and wireless devices.
• Will administer and support CyberArk EPM and PIM (Privileged Identity Management) system.
• Troubleshoot device connectivity, including Laptops, printer, wireless, door access system, mobile devices along with other computer related programs.
• Assists in providing hands-on technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues on their personal computers (Windows 10/11 laptops, HP Printers, copiers, scanners, and smartphones).
• Installs and configures PCs for new users, and upgrades hardware, software and operating systems on existing end user PCs both within the USA, and remote support for remote users at a global level.
• Supports network applications and servers: Microsoft Windows AD, VPN and MFA.
• Hands-on knowledge of user account management leveraging Windows Active Directory within on-premise AD and Microsoft Azure AD architecture.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office365 Support, including basic knowledge of Microsoft’s Azure portal and business applications is required.
• Should have experience troubleshooting desktop related connection and IP configuration, including knowledge of TCP/IP ping commands and others.
• Working Knowledge of Windows application and configuration deployments using Microsoft Intune.
• Delivers support for on-premises and remote end users including but not limited to laptops, applications, remote access management and printer management.
• Ability to build Stays current on updates, changes or system implementations.
• May be required to provide after-hour support when necessary to support the business.
• Provides Zoom and Microsoft Teams meeting support and set up upon request.
• Monitors server performance and capacity to meet firm needs.
• Ensures all network hardware/software/operating systems are functioning properly, identifies potential security threats and resolves issues that arise as quickly as possible.
• Provide Level 2 support as a systems administrator to perform required system support on the server and network devices.

• Some domestic and internation travels may be required but not frequent.
