Fulfillment Center Supervisor na Join the Cozey team

We are looking for a FC Supervisor to join the rapidly growing Cozey team. In this role, the FC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing all daily core operations at our New Jersey Fulfillment Center, including receiving, picking, and shipping. They will also manage day-to-day personnel tasks such as task delegation, performance monitoring, and attendance management. 

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is resourceful, and action-oriented. This is a great opportunity to play an active role in the early stages of a Canadian start-up expanding into the United States.

What You’ll Be Doing :    

• Ensure that daily core activities (receiving, picking, staging, and shipping) are completed on time and in full. 
• Supervise, train, and manage all warehouse clerks in the execution of core activities. 
• Assist the FC Manager with various initiatives and ensure that the fulfillment center meets the KPIs established by HQ management. 
• Ensure that safety measures and warehouse rules are clearly communicated and followed by all employees. 
• Take ownership of core activities and propose action plans when performance targets are not met. 
• Develop SOPs for different inbound and outbound tasks. 
• Any other related tasks.

• Willingness to take ownership of results and propose actionable improvements. 
• Resourceful and creative mindset; able to "do more with less". 
• 4+ years of experience in a production environment (factory, fulfillment center, warehouse, etc.) 
• Experience managing a workforce involved in manual labour or technical work is an asset. 
• Experience in process optimization is also considered an asset.
