Location: Irvine, CA (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Rate: $70,000 - $130,000+

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand! As a Service Advisor, you’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians. Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. What You’ll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership. 
• Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and concerns, and accurately document their vehicle information and service history. 
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences. 
• Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to help customers make informed decisions. 
• Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure timely completion of work and maximize service department efficiency. 
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns. 
• Liaise with service technicians and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of customer issues. 
• Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. 

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in automotive service advisory or customer service roles, preferably within a dealership environment. 
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. 
• Availability to work Monday - Saturday.
