Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay & Schedule: $19.30/hour | Part-Time – Saturday & Sunday Shifts

About the Role:

Join Paladin Security’s Airport Operations Team as a Part-Time Airport Security Traffic Officer at Toronto Pearson International Airport. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safe and efficient vehicle and pedestrian movement around the airport terminals. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking weekend work, hands-on responsibility, and a position that makes a visible impact in a busy, high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide break relief to staff across designated airport terminals.
• Direct and control vehicular and pedestrian traffic in groundside areas to ensure safety and smooth flow.
• Maintain organized traffic lanes for both public and commercial vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols to manage congestion and enforce airport safety protocols.
• Provide courteous assistance and information to the public about parking, loading, and unloading zones.
• Maintain clear and hazard-free crosswalks and pathways.
• Work outdoors independently in all weather conditions.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor).
• English fluency (oral and written).
• Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), or willingness to complete Paladin’s onboarding certification program.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Ability to commit for at least 6 months.
• Comfortable working outdoors for the entire shift.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
