Actuator Technician Responsibilities:
- The Actuator Technician will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and replacing actuators on valves to ensure optimal performance and safety of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with valve actuators
- Repair and replace actuators on various types of valves
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on actuators and equipment
- Ensure all repairs and replacements meet safety and quality standards
- Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Assist in the installation of new actuators and related control systems
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
Actuator Technician Qualifications:
- Proven experience in actuator repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of valve systems and control mechanisms
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and safety consciousness
